Rebuild Your Core, Reclaim Your Body!
In this workshop moms can ease their way back into their Pilates practice. We will be focusing on breath and posture, using the Pilates Mat work and Tower springs. By the end of the 4 sessions Moms will be ready to rejoin regular group classes and have a at home routine. Babies welcome.
