Rebuild Your Core, Reclaim Your Body!
In this Postnatal Pilates workshop, Moms can get back to their body. We will be focusing on breath and posture, using the Pilates Mat work and Tower springs. By the end of the 4 sessions Moms will be ready to rejoin regular group Pilates classes and have a at home routine. Babies welcome.
