The nervous system is constantly changing and as we age the communication between our brain and the rest of the body slows down. As well, the needs of our fitness change.
Some basic skills require more attention; posture, coordination, balance and dexterity.
This class will focus on these basic skills necessary to keep our traditional Pilates routine more accessible, as well as for use in everyday movements.
The class will utilize the Pilates Reformer, Tower/Mat, and Wunda Chair.
Beginner students are welcome and modifications will be offered.
The class is best suited for those without any acute issues or injuries.
