A dedicated teacher of Classical Pilates and Yoga, Kerry focuses on instructing the principles of strength, agility and power. With 13 years of experiencing designing programs for a diverse set of clients: from performance athletes to executives, seniors and soon-to-be mothers, she has an instinct for teaching the individual and groups. Specializing in alignment and functional movement, Kerry’s teaching is centered on the principles of Joseph Pilate’s Contrology, Vinyasa and other schools of yoga. Teaching is one of the great joys in her life; part of her foundation for living in a busy world. Kerry is excited to teach and humbled by the dedication of her students.
