FAQs

+ What should I wear?

We recommend basic exercise clothing that allows you to move your body. It is helpful if your clothing is fitted enough for your teacher to see your alignment and body mechanics. We ask that all clients wear grip socks for hygienic and safety reasons. We have loner socks on hand if you have none. We also sell them at the desk. If you choose to wear shorts, please be sure that they offer full coverage when you are lying down with your legs in the air.

+ Do you have water?

We do not sell any food or water. There are multiple locations steps away from BodyTonic to grab a bottle of water should you forget yours.

+ How often should I train?

We recommend taking Pilates sessions at least two times per week to get the best results. Let us help you set up a schedule that fits your time and budget.

+ How does Zoom work?

Zoom.us is a hosting app for our virtual lessons. It is private, and easy to use from your phone, tablet or computer. When you book a session you will receive more detailed instructions.
