how we do pilates

BodyTonic sets a standard in the Pilates Method that is not found in every Pilates studio. We are motivated by how Pilates suits your body and your individual learning style. Ultimately, we want you to have the flexibility to train in the most cost effective and convenient way. This is how you do it.

  • Getting started with private pilates training allows you to establish your goals and acclimate to the Pilates equipment and movement vocabulary. Begin with our private session intro offer. Most clients continue with 10 or more private pilates sessions. You will get more out of group pilates when you feel secure in your knowledge base. When you feel ready, you can move on to more group training.

    We recommend practicing pilates 2-3 times per week in any combination of private or group sessions to see and feel results.

    Book a private session intro offer using our BodyTonic App or call/text 718-622-6222. Private pilates training can be virtual or in-person.

  • After your private pilates sessions, we encourage you to move onto duos, trios, and group classes. With group pilates sessions you gain more options for training, and more flexibility in schedule and budget.  

    Duos require administrative assistance to book so that we can keep them level-appropriate.  Please complete a private intro pack beforehand.

    Trios can be booked independently, anytime on our app, or by texting 718-622-6222. Please complete a private intro pack beforehand.

    Group Tower Classes and Group Mat/Props Classes happen throughout the week are a mix of in-person and virtual. They can booked anytime through our BodyTonic App, Mindbodyonline, or by texting 718-622-6222.
